Refund policy
What is our returns policy?
- Sorry we DO NOT offer Refunds, but we do offer exchanges or store credit.
- All sale items are all FINAL SALE. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted.
- A request for an exchange must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order via our email (info.shellybikini@gmail.com).
- We offer exchanges for item(s) in a different size. We are unable to provide exchanges for a different color or style unless that item is out of stock.
- Your exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (e.g.,deodorant or make up). All garments must be returned in their original packaging with hygienic liners attached.
What to do if the order is broken or faulty items?
- If you receive a broken or faulty item, please contact us via email (info.shellybikini@gmail.com), using your order number as the subject.
- Once your request is received and approved, the broken or faulty item will be processed as an exchange. If the item is not available or you do not want a style exchanges, we can offer a refund.
Is it easy to exchange item?
- Step 1: Email info.shellybikini@gmail.com with your order number as the subject. Tell us what you would like to exchange for and reason (e.g., too tight, too loose)
- Step 2: Once you receive the reply email from us, please send the package to the following address:

*Please note that shipping fees associated with returning the package (one way) to us are the responsibility of the customer.
- Step 3: Provide us with the shipping information (tracking number and carrier). Once our team receives your package we will ship the exchanged item back to you and confirm with you via email.
